Practice has consisted of continuing involvement in a number of the litigation matters in progress at the time of the dissolution of Jones, Hunter & Lerch, and the addition of new business in the areas of insolvency, debtor-creditor, commercial litigation (including antitrust and securities), real estate litigation, business organizations, and appeals.

7/77-1/79 Associate, Jones, Hunter & Lerch, P.A., Phoenix. Primary responsibilities involved the conduct of litigation in the fields of insolvency, commercial, real property and construction law and civil appeals; also some probate, negligence and civil rights litigation. In addition, significant responsibilities in the fields of securities advice, business tax planning, and contract drafting.

Association with Jones, Hunter & Lerch was terminated by the dissolution of the firm.
